We currently ship products across India, covering most major cities and postal codes through our trusted delivery partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.

If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you for alternate arrangements or order cancellation with a full refund.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • Processing delays may occur during high-demand seasons, festive sales, or stock replenishment periods.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products or order values as displayed on the website.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: May apply based on order weight, location, or delivery partner charges.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • In case of any delivery restrictions or surcharges (for remote areas), our team will inform you prior to dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through the “Track Order” section of our website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to reflect after dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts at your shipping address.
  • If the package remains undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges, or we may issue a refund (excluding original shipping cost).

8. Delivery Verification

At the time of delivery:

  • The customer must verify the product packaging for tampering or visible damage before accepting delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at djournekart@gmail.com.
  • Acceptance of a damaged package will be deemed as successful delivery and may limit your eligibility for a return or refund.

9. Multiple Shipments

For orders containing multiple products, we may dispatch items separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.


10. Incorrect Address or Non-Availability

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details,
  • Non-availability of the recipient during delivery attempts, or
  • Refusal to accept delivery.

In such cases, re-delivery or refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Delay in Delivery

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service provider delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Public holidays and peak season backlogs

12. Ownership and Risk

Once the order is handed over to the courier service, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to track and resolve any delivery-related issues on your behalf.


13. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • You will be notified via email or phone.
  • You may choose a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
  • Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within 7–10 business days.

14. Packaging Standards

All products are packed securely using industry-standard protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
If you receive a damaged package, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with images for verification.


15. Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change your shipping address:

  • You must notify us before the order is dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping details.

16. Force Majeure

DJOURN EKART PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
